An argument for Self care (and why it’s not selfish).

Mom guilt is suffocating. Almost as suffocating as societal standards of a “good mom.” The sacrifices are meaningful and endless. Parents often miss out on one of the most important pieces of parenting well. So for any of you who are still questioning whether you’re being selfish when you take time for yourself. Or even what “acceptable” self care is. Let me share some professional insights to clear up any confusion .
